But, How AC is more dangerous? 

Two types of electric current, 1) Alternating current 2) Direct current

Researchers and engineers saying that are dangerous for living beings, but at the same time they are highlighting that alternating current is more dangerous than direct current.

Because Alternating current changes their magnitude and direction at a rate of constant frequency in 50 Hz or 60 HZ. This continuous frequency will make the alternating current five (5) times more dangerous than the direct current.

For a simple explanation, Let's consider an alternating current waveform. In this, you can see that the waveforms reach peak positive and negative values. Therefore, It's describing the movement of electric current getting two types of electrical energy within a given time period.

It means alternating current 30 V, 60 Hz for a single second can cause death to the human.

We the Human offer less impedance to the alternating current. It means our body allows full current to pass through Us.

As I already said an alternating current (AC) is 5 times more dangerous than a direct current because of its constant variation in the magnitude and direction of the alternating current at the frequency of 50 Hz or 60Hz. 

You shall confirm that whenever alternating current enters the body your body receiving 50 or 60 waves in a given period of time. It means even a small amount of electric current makes the human body ill condition.  

Effects on the human body due to Alternating current

When alternating current enters into our body our heart will start to pump the blood similar to the frequency of the AC supply. It means the heart tries to pump the blood to our body at the frequency of 50 HZ or 60HZ.

Resistance of our skin will get reduced and our skin allows high current to flow through our body. The alternating current always chooses a low resistance path. 

Why DC is less dangerous than AC?

For direct current magnitude and direction will be constant. Hence, the flow of current is also constant, for a given time period.

Naturally, the human body is a circuit of resistors and capacitors. Because of this capacitive reactance of our human body will have the ability to block DC supply.
